Where can I reserve a table?
Booking requests for Tomoko can be made on our website or by phone (same day reservations only).
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are always welcome and a small number of tables are reserved on a first come, first-served basis.
Do you hold tables?
Yes, we can hold tables for up to 15 minutes. Please call us if you’re running late.
How do I cancel or reschedule my reservation?
Any updates to your reservation can be made via the link in the confirmation email. Please let us know as soon as possible.
Do you accept group bookings?
For reservations with 7 or 8 guests, please contact us with your details.
Good to Know
Is Tomoko wheelchair accessible?
We have wheelchair accessibility from the doorway entrance into the main restaurant and restricted access to facilities. Unfortunately, we do not have a wheelchair accessible toilet.
Do you have a children’s menu?
We do not have a children’s menu however younger guests are welcome to order from the main menu – we can recommend suitable dishes for them to enjoy.
Do you have highchairs?
Although we welcome children of all ages, we do not have highchairs due to limited space.
Can I bring my child’s pushchair?
Please kindly note that due to the layout of the restaurant we are unable to cater for buggies, prams or pushchairs.
Do you allow dogs?
We love dogs but we are unable to accommodate dogs in the restaurant, with the exception of registered assistance dogs. Please contact us first before making a reservation.
