1. Choose your topping:
Kakuni Ramen
Braised chunky pork belly, wakame, sweetcorn, spring onion, sesame & nori with ramen noodles & your choice of crafted broth.
Tori Ramen
Roasted garlic chicken, wakame, sweetcorn, spring onion, sesame & nori with ramen noodles & your choice of crafted broth.
Yasai Ramen
Fried tofu, slow-cooked shiitake mushrooms, wakame, sweetcorn, spring onion, sesame & nori with ramen noodles & your choice of plant-based crafted broth. [ve]
Ebi Ramen [+1.50]
King prawn tempura, shichimi togarashi, wakame, sweetcorn, spring onion, sesame & nori with ramen noodles & your choice of crafted broth.
2. Choose your broth:
Tokyo
Tomoko’s traditional shoyu & sesame tare.
Sapporo
Classic chilli miso tare. Mildly spiced.
3. Add any extras:
– Add 1/2 agitama egg
– Add sweetcorn or wakame [+1.50]
– Add fried tofu or shiitake mushrooms [+3.00]
– Change to udon noodles [+1.00]
Dessert
One dessert per person.
