FAQs

Where can I make a reservation?
Reservations for Tomoko can be made on our website or by phone (on the day reservations only).

Notes:
– All reservations are for 1.5 hours.
– Reservations will be confirmed by email.
– Please include children in your booking and let us know how many children are in your party.
– For reservations with 7 or more guests, please contact us.

I can’t get a reservation. Do you have space for walk-ins?
Yes, a small number of tables for walk-in guests are reserved on a first come, first-served basis.

Do you hold tables?

Unfortunately we’re unable to hold tables for more than 15 minutes.

How do I cancel or reschedule my reservation?

Any updates to your reservation can be made via the link in the confirmation email. Please let us know as soon as possible.

How far in advance is your reservation diary open?
A reservation can be made up to two weeks in advance. If you have a special date you wish to reserve, please contact us with your details.

Do you have a children’s menu?
We do not have a children’s menu however younger guests are welcome to order from the main menu – we can recommend suitable dishes for them to enjoy.

Do you have highchairs?
Although we welcome children of all ages, we do not have highchairs due to limited space.

Can I bring my child’s pushchair?
Please kindly note that due to the layout of the restaurant we are unable to cater for buggies, prams or pushchairs.

Is Tomoko wheelchair accessible?
We have wheelchair accessibility from the doorway entrance into the main restaurant and restricted access to facilities. Unfortunately, we do not have a wheelchair accessible toilet.

Do you allow dogs?
We love dogs but we are unable to accommodate dogs in the restaurant, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
